Ingredients

  • Radishes, trimmed and halved: 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the radishes with melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Spread the radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Tuck thyme sprigs amongst the radishes.
  4. Step 4: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
