Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (16.3 ounce) bag mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt (if using). If using brown sugar, add it to the mixture now.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, pour the melted butter. Add the pretzels to the melted butter and toss gently to coat all the pretzels evenly.
- Step 4: Add the coated pretzels to the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Toss gently until all pretzels are evenly coated.
- Step 5: Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 6: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. If using powdered sugar, dust lightly after cooling.
