- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Burger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, bread crumbs, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Do not overmix.
- Step 2: Shape the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Step 3: Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
- Step 5: While the meatballs are baking, lightly toast the burger buns.
- Step 6: Once the meatballs are cooked, place one meatball on each bun bottom. Add your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftover Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For perfectly reheated bombs, microwave for 30 seconds, then broil for 1-2 minutes to crisp up the outside.
- Serve these bombs with a side of creamy garlic aioli for an extra flavor explosion.
- To prevent dry meatballs, avoid overmixing the meat mixture and ensure the bread crumbs are finely ground.
