Delicious tiramisu cheesecake delight recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in heavy cream and cooled coffee.
  3. Step 3: Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is just slightly jiggly.
  5. Step 5: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
  6. Step 6: Remove from oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

  • For optimal flavor, store leftover Tiramisu Cheesecake Delight covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • This cheesecake is best served cold, so avoid reheating to preserve its creamy texture and the delicate coffee flavor.
  • Garnish each slice with a dusting of cocoa powder and a sprinkle of shaved chocolate for an extra touch of elegance.
  • Be patient and allow the cheesecake to cool slowly in the oven; this prevents cracking and ensures a smooth, even texture.
